         Recently, the company launched its Vertical Design Engineering Team known as MDC Build Plus, Inc. This new team will cater solely to the company’s socialized housing projects.

 

     Moreover, MDC has assembled the Philippines’ largest Building Information Modeling (BIM) Team, with over 40 modelers (and still counting) distributed across the different operation centers in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. MDC utilizes its BIM Team to determine and eliminate clashes in building construction.

 

      MDC has significantly invested in cutting edge technologies and exceptional manpower training ensuring that the team continually grows to become not only the largest, but also the best BIM Team in the industry.
